Details about events scheduled more than one month away are provided as a general guideline only and are subject to change. If you plan to attend a meeting, please call the IGS support office at 410-662-7253 or e-mail IGS's committee policy analysts, Joseph Reed or Eric Saber to obtain current meeting information.

Meeting Attendance

Special Needs
To arrange special accommodations for translation, interpretation, diet or mobility, please contact Daurice Gorham at 410-662-7253. We require 3 weeks’ notice before the meeting you plan to attend for accommodations to be made.

Meeting Minutes
Minutes of monthly planning council meetings are available online, usually within two weeks of the meeting date.

All Planning Council and committee meetings are open to the public, except when topics pertaining to individuals' private or confidential information are under discussion, per HIPAA and other applicable regulations.
